Maximization of Strategic Crops Production in Iraq with Fuzzy Goal Programming

The need to increase agricultural production has become a challenging task for most countries. Generally, many resource factors affect the deterioration of level, such as low water desertification, soil salinity, on capital, lack equipment, impact export and import crops, fertilizers, pesticide, ineffective role extension services which are significant in this sector. main objective research is develop fuzzy goal programming (GP) model improve crop production, leading increased benefits (more tons produce per acre) based minimization resources (water, fertilizer, pesticide) determine weight objectives function subject different constraints (land area, irrigation, labor, seed). Fuzzy GP (FGP) were utilized solve multi-objective decision-making (MODM) problems. From results, successfully presented new alternative method that introduced multi-interval weights solving FGP problem manner, current uncertain environment significance lies fact some farming zones have limitations while others adversely their due misuse resources.
